Business Advice

We see our role as going beyond the traditional image of accountants as “beancounters”. We will always look to provide our clients with practical advice to help to save money or to grow their businesses. Examples of the sort of help we can provide include;

  • What is the best way to structure your business – limited company, partnership or limited liability partnership or as a sole trader?

  • Helping clients to choose computer software to do basic accounting and bookkeeping

  • Helping with the design of financial controls for growing businesses

  • Providing help and advice in sourcing funds to expand the business

For the growing business: Need some part-time help with your finance department?

Doug Eadie has 10 years experience as the Finance Director of both public and private companies with turnover of up to £50m. This experience can help smaller companies to review/set up finance departments. Doug can extend this service to act as part-time Finance Director if your business needs high level support, but can’t afford a full-time position.
